Sekitar 5-6 jenis sambal biasa disajikan sebagai teman menyantap ikan bakar di rumah-rumah makan seafood di Kota Anging Mamiri, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Kombinasi sambal yang disajikan setiap rumah makan itu bisa berbeda. Sambal-sambal yang dipakai antara lain sambal terasi, sambal rujak, sambal kacang, sambal dabu-dabu, sambal mangga, sambal tomat ijo, sambal cobek terasi, sambal petis, hingga coco-colo alias sambal kecap. Tinggal cocol sesuai selera.
