Tekstur Kering Kerupuk Kulit

Kerupuk kulit berteksur kering, renyah, dan gurih sangat digemari masyarakat. Kulit sapi dan kerbau menjadi bahan utama pembuatan kerupuk kulit. Tekstur kering pada kerupuk kulit tercipta lantaran pengolahannya nirtepung alias tanpa tepung. Saat ini sentra produksi kerupuk kulit berada di Mojokerto (Jawa Timur), Kendal, Pati, Sleman, Boyolali, dan Purworejo (Jawa Tengah), serta Garut (Jawa Barat).
